I have been living in a nightmare in this apartment. Before I moved in I received the apartment in really bad condition. It was full of dead roaches and the walls were full of scratches and marks. They painted after i moved in and that was solve the problem. However They have a cockroach infestation. And all they do about it is send pest control which did not solve the issue. I have had pest control visit over 10 times and no luck. They change the manager. The manager is a nice lady who is ...
trying to to her best but its not enough unfortunately. Unfortunately same problem.
Their monthly rent is not cheap for the place they are.
Im stuck in a one year contract with no choice of either paying 1,600 for an early termination or suck it up until the contract is up. They owners refuse to waive the fee for me. So Im just writing this here to hope nobody has to be in this situation. I wish I knew better when I decided to move here.
