Don’t bother
February 15, 2025Don’t bother moving here. Only good thing are the balconies. Rent continues to increase and you have to pay ALL utilities. Building is poorly insulated, so prepare to pay an arm and leg to keep your home warm. Ready for my lease to be up. Plumbing also sucks so be ready to have maintenance come out every 3 weeks.Property Manager Responded

New manager
February 7, 2022I’ve been here for over 10 years We’ve had many managers come and go and none of them seemed to care We recently got a new manager Vanika and I can honest see the difference since she’s been here Our work orders aren’t falling on deaf ears things are being addressed i see Vanika early in the morning see her leaving late at night Thank you for finally giving us someone who caresProperty Manager Responded

roaches and mice
August 26, 2021It’s not worth paying these prices when you have loud neighbors, gas leaks in the building, the elevators always down, tickets for parking here but management taking away parking spaces and no matter how clean you are you will have roaches and miceProperty Manager Responded
