Please don’t rent here! No heat / hot water and terrible management!

Since moving in I have had the following issues. Extreme heat / cold in apartment due to zero insulation and windows overdue to be replaced. No central air / heat; there is no hot water often, giant holes in the wall let insects in, no repairs as needed. Only one small washing machine and dryer for the whole building. Those photos are outdated! It’s a run down neglected building.

The Buck Staff is an Historic Apartment Building built in 1925 located in the Heritage Hills Neighborhood just North of downtown. It is conveniently located within minutes of Bricktown, Midtown, Uptown and Paseo District. Each Apartment is approximately 700 sq ft with a spacious living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two walk in closets. It has beautiful original hardwood floors, doors and trim.
