Management is very rude, and they have roaches. The roach problem is very bad and they do not offer pest control.

The trash accumulates constantly. The appliances are outdated. If you ask for a replacement you get old stoves, the refrigerator is old and repairs are not made. Since the new owners have been taken over it has really going down. Please don't waste your money!

This place is horrible bugs and rats. Trash everywhere. The cops are constantly coming out due to drugs, drunk and disorderly people, and gun fire. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

They are incredibly spacious on the inside. I rented the 2 bedrooms 1 bath unit, the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that could easily be used as a closet and storage area. They are also in the process of renovating all of the older units and they look so nice now with updated floors and counters! Mine was in the original condition before they were bought out, but I still had no complaints!

matter what! My neighbors were very friendly but loud. Which everyone should be expected when looking for an apartment, let's be real.
The only reason we left is that we bought our first home. If I ever need to go back to an apartment, I would 100% come back!
