Have been comfortable here , staff is great and maintenance keeps up when needed. Apartments are comfortable and everything I need is close by. Only gripes I have are the Handicap Parking enforcement which is lack, some people just do not care. Also seems to be a lot more non-residence people are enjoying the benefits of this complex after staff leaves for the day. Otherwise everything is peaceful and everyone is courteous with no loud partying or racing around parking lot. Its mostly Adult and ...
Senior atmosphere with walking and exercise areas. Landscaping is maintained and grills are available.Since everything I need is close by and within walking distance this place is ideal for my living conditions.

I lived in a studio apartment here for about a year and a half and never had any problems. The staff was nice and always willing to help with any problems. Most of my neighbors worked and kept to themselves. The studios were separated from the 1 and 2 bedrooms so my area was very quiet. Laundry room has free cable but closes at 10pm every night. Close to a Fry's, Walgreens and variety of food choices. If I wasn't moving out of the city, I would stay.
