Couldn't be happier.
December 18, 2020Management is friendly and fast to make repairs. They also keep the property very clean. I love living here. It is the best location in the OM. It's right on the fringe so it's still quiet, but close to the heart of everything. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is there are not a lot of amenities at this property. But it is the best value! Would highly recommend for the budget conscious person. I also like that they provide recycling and dog waste stations on the property.Review from Apartments.com

November 3, 2016I absolutely LOVE my downtown apartment at Bull Durham. The staff and maintence are always on top of everything so quickly, not to mention extremely friendly! I really love how The Bull Durham allows pets and provides dog waste stations outside for a clean environment also. I have the friendliest neighbors and never seem to have any issues with noise either which is great! Secured entrance and clean building overall, don't see myself leaving here anytime soon, and can't beat being walking ...distance from the Old Market! I love The Bull Durham apartments!! Cheap, great location!
September 9, 2015What drew me here was the super cheap rent. It's income restricted, so you have to make under a certain amount or just be projected to by the end of the year. But after the initial paperwork, it doesn't matter how much you make. It's in a perfect area, right next to Old Market and pretty close to the highway. The units are nice, a little older. The cabinets and utilities are a little run down. The exposed brick is nice and everyone who comes over compliments it. My unit has a weird smell right ...when you walk in the door that I can't seem to get rid of, but it isn't debilitating. Management is helpful, the property manager actually lives in the building so that's always a good sign. Friendly neighbors, cheap rent, and an awesome area make for a pretty great deal!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
