Terrible Management
August 3, 2023This property itself is reasonable if not slightly overpriced. But the building management is horrible. They hide behind an nameless email, are often unresponsive, and worst of all they're plain rude. There's been issues with plumbing, flies that come from the sink, stolen packages and vagrants in from of the building. But most of all, and invisible management group that ignores and is rude to their tenants.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful and New One Bedroom with Balcony
August 6, 2015Apartment building is newly built (about 4 years old?) and has laundry, a small 'gym' (cardio equipment) and a rooftop. My unit has hard wood floors, new stainless steel appliances, decent sized bathroom with great water pressure and an extra closet. One bedroom is on the smaller size but can fit a queen mattress and a dresser and has a good sized closet. Best features are an over-abundance of windows in the living room area which cover two walls and run from the kitchen to the bedroom. At the ...higher floors are larger balcony's which are very hard to find in the City. Within 5 blocks are two grocery stores (Associated and Pathmark) and a 10 minute walk away from Costco/Target.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
