The neighbors are nice, and being next to the trail is good, we had plenty of privacy. When we moved in the oven didn't work, we went through Thanksgiving and Christmas without a working oven and when we finally did get one (4 months after moving in) it was a (new) cheap motorhome unit, nothing like the "luxury" one advertised or that we had been promised. were told it would be taken care of but never was. We also saw what looked like the outline of water marks on 2 of the bathroom walls, and after talking with other tenants we realized it must have been mold. When the bathrooms were painted the paint that was used was just flat paint, like for a hallway or bedroom, not the kind you see in a bathroom and the walls always looked like they'd been soaked even after a short shower. The water quality was also questionable, two of us wound up with extremely red and sensitive skin after showers, but that might have been a city issue. The exterior is in decay (looks like wood rot), the steps leading up so some of the units were wobbly and no one took safety seriously. When we moved our deposit was kept even though we did cleaned and also had someone come in to do a deep clean. Traffic is also a problem in that area, cars are constantly speeding through as soon as they pass the school, they speed up the hill and don't stop at the crosswalks, the noise level can get a bit high as a result.
