Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not Perfect - But Very Good Overall
October 10, 2015PROS: secure parking, secure entry, spacious units, personal washer/dryer in unit, good closet space, building is in pretty good condition, nice courtyard, management is pretty responsive (after a couple tries), and neighborhood is relatively safe, with easy access to highway, public transportations, restaurants and attractions in Studio City, North Hollywood, and Sherman Oaks. overall, good location. CONS: current neighbors are careless & apathetic about their noise, personal items, TRASH, ...dogs, smoking, and children in common areas. our apartment is VERY dusty - and is a huge burden on my health despite air filters, and weekly vacuuming (this might be the norm, in the San Fernando Valley). occasionally management is lackadaisical about repair requests. often times they do not acknowledge our request, but then a week later a repair shows up unannounced. lastly, our rent keeps increasing every year which is annoying (i wonder if they are trying to drive us out) but when I search for equivalent units in a variety of neighborhoods - our rent is at or below the market value.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
