Cal Villages is one of the best places I've ever lived. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the amenities are well maintained, and the apartments are spacious and truly felt like home. The only downsides to be aware of are; thin walls- we could hear our neighbors' conversations and some would have their TVs on all night- and the price. There are probably cheaper apartments on the same street...but they aren't managed by Kandi which makes Cal Villages worth the upcharge. Thank you for a ...

This apartment is the best apartment I have lived in. No, its not the newest or best thing ever-but the attention, knowledge and availability of our manager is beyond anything I have experienced in 35 years of living in apartments. One of the best things is that she is available and the office is open for her residents at 8:00am for anyone that has to leave for work they can come down to pick up a package, put in a work order and she is always helpful. This place is more than I could ask for....beautiful, safe, clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better manager - Brandy keeps this complex safe, secure and she is so attentive to the needs of her residents. Pool, Fitness Center, Laundry and Lounge are added bonuses, but the apartments themselves are modern, fresh and spacious. I made the right decision moving here...I understand now why it was worth the wait!

California Villages is great! If you're looking for a quiet, clean and affordable place, you'll find it here! The whole staff here is extremely helpful and always there to help. The maintenance always gets to any issues you may encounter and does so quickly. A great apartment complex that works so well for my family. With a wife with MS and a son with autism, the people who work here have become friendly. It is a younger tenants type building - lots of actors - and it keeps us young. Limited amenities but it's about compromise. Rent good, neighborhood and neighbors great, management totally helpful.

In the beginning, all seemed well. Then they changed their policy of with a lease renewal you get a free carpet cleaning. With no notice, they put a 2 month limit on the gifted carpet cleaning. Also, the very angry maintenance man barged into my apt. without knocking. The management did nothing. I have my own carpet cleaning machine and made a clear path to the outside balcony where he needed to be after I'd washed a section. I told him and he ignored me and walked right over the damp area. is not what it used to be. More importantly, I pay over $1600 a month. I can only afford $1200ish for a 1 bedroom.

I had the hardest time finding a place to live in the Valley that was actually decent for a good price. California Villages exceeded all my expectations and living here actually feels like home. The people are incredibly friendly, the building is managed and run so smoothly, and everything is clean! I highly recommend living here, I know I never want to leave!
