Good luck you’re on your OWN
November 2, 2023This apartment complex is pretty on the outside but useless after hours. I’ve had my AC break down in the middle of the summer and no one came to fix it even though they claim to have maintenance on sight 24/7. Then, on a cold night, I locked myself out of my apartment and they claimed they “don’t assist with lockouts after hours” leaving me out in 50° weather to figure it out. So if you move here: know once you sign those papers, and if anything happens, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. SAD.Review from Apartments.com
Not the best
January 5, 2021Front desk ladies aren’t trained in customer service, they’re very rude and unhelpful. Walls are thin, you will hear music and tv through your walls.Review from Apartments.com
