I love the staff here! I’ve lived here 10 years and have experienced 3 or more managers. Our current manager is amazing. She’s listens, assist and very prompt! She’s more than a manager she gives great advice when I have I personal issues she’s so positive! Maintenance is great also they fix things very fast. The community game night are very fun and we get to meet new residents. The community has had many upgrades that look really good, the grounds are always clean and everyone is so friendly. I ...

The manager is amazing! She is extremely professional, kind, provides great assistance, patience, guidance, understanding, and actually listens. Cambridge Apartments isn't just apartments, it's truly a community!!! She has joined the people together with wonderful activities such as game nights, and bring all residents together with seasonal activities like trick or treating for Halloween, turkey hunting for Thanksgiving, gifting (from the management/owner of the apartments) game night for ...
Christmas, fun photo backdrops for spring, summer, fall, & winter (which is something that all social media breathing people love lol, and so many other joyous and community fun activities. The maintenance team is awesome as well here at Cambridge!!!
They are always making sure that the grounds stay clean, speaking to us, offering assistance if anyone seems distressed, and I've only had 1 minor repair needed the 10 years that I've been at Cambridge, but the maintenance guy was fast, efficient, kind, and professional. People here are nice and respect each other, speak with one another, and provide a real sense of the word community!! I am beyond thrilled to be in the midst of the Cambridge Apartment Community!

These apartments are far enough from the bustle of town to be quiet, but close enough for everything you need to be a 2-10 minute drive away. They are pet-friendly and the balconies are big enough for about four to six people to stand/sit comfortably. It’s near an elementary school, so it’s safe and if your kids go to Northwest Rankin Elementary they can walk right on home, as there is a short path with stairs for them :) The apartments are newly finished, when you move in they are extremely ...

Maintenance is extremely friendly and quick, and installed a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms the day we moved in upon request in under 10 minutes. This is a great apartment complex if you like living on the edge of town. Only a few miles from everything it is also a few miles from nothing but trees and green. It's on the same street as the Northwest Rankin schools while not having traffic problems. The apartments are nice, the staff is friendly, the pool is warm over half the year, and there is always plenty of parking. Great place to live!!!

First, location. As they say: location, location, location. The complex is just far enough to get you out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to keep commute times low. Throw in the trees that surround the complex, and you've got a hidden gem. The complex is sheltered by the tall pines, giving you a peaceful place to live.
