Hidden Quiet Safe

I like that the place is hidden. I get a carport. The staff has been the same all my years here. The office lady makes it clear she is here for us anytime even when the office is closed. The maintenance guy Brian is always fixing my stuff the right way. I will probably live here forever. It is not brand new but it is worth it to have the support of staff and a wonderful location.

Quiet almost all of the time. I can sit on my porch and read a book in the middle of the day with no disruption. Even when its summer you hardly hear any traffic or loud noises. For the most part I have no complaint

I lived at Cambridge wile building my house and I had a wonderful experience. The transition was smooth with multiple lease options. The staff would follow up every time I needed something. I was referred to this place by many people and I can say I would refer again and again!
Great area, no crime, very close to shopping, close to 931, close to major restaurants.

Have lived at Cambridge for a while. The staff is always kind & helpful and normally deals with issues in a timely manner. I think the rent is a bit steep, but the positive aspects out-weight the negatives. I have nice appliances, plenty of living area (I am single), and noise between apartments is very minimal. I have covered parking which is great when it's snowing out. The negative is based on structural issues like rust on stairways, doors that could be repainted, and perhaps cleaned or ...
new carpets every year; perhaps things that the owners perceive as too expensive to maintain.
The grocery store is within walking distance, there is a massage spa within walking distance, also a small coffee shop, Family Video, and Lowes. Most of the major restaurants (Ruby Tuesdays, Applebees, Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, and more) are within 1 mile or so. Fast food is also very close; Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza King, Wendy's, Subway, etc. The Jackson Morrow walking park is 100 feet away, which is great for dog walks and they have a playground for children.
I used to live downtown and dealt with traffic noise all day, sirens, and also people that would be considered "wanderers", perhaps those that are having hard times etc. Here on the South end of town there is no traffic noise, no loud car stereos, no sirens, making it more peaceful etc. Thanks for listening.

Cambridge Place has a marvelous location adjoining Jackson Morrow Park. It is quiet and peaceful. Really sad this property with so much potential is going downhill fast due to lack of exterior/interior maintenance. Outside looks very run down. Apartments are dated and lack insulation in exterior walls and between floors. Staff is friendly. Rent is too high for quality of apartments. We stay because of location.

Very spacious. Comes with microwave, garbage disposal & dishwasher which is nice. Real tile bathroom & kitchen floors. Quite a few lights and switches, so I suggest swapping bulbs with energy saving ones to help with electric. Landlord is very professional & keeps her office hours. They spray for bugs every month regularly, always accomadate any issues I have with my apartment in a timely manner & they had my carpet steam cleaned after living there for a year.
