The Community Manager, Amanda, has been so professional and has addressed any concern we have had immediately and efficiently. Samantha, in the office, is always helpful and truly enjoys dealing with the residents and it shows in her compassionate way of handling situations. The location is so beautiful! First, the maintenance guys are the best I have ever had at any apartment I have lived. Diego is always pleasant and explains everything he is doing. Marcio always knows what is going on and immediately resolves any concern. Ariam shows up immediately and takes care of all work orders and fixes everything the first time. This review is not to compare owning vs. renting. Rather, renting from a rental community vs. a person that you know nothing about.
An individual owner who leases their property can go into foreclosure and you wouldn't even know it unless you happen to check the public records or start getting these really scary, important notices mailed to your address or plastered on your front door.
Camden Aventura is part of a Fortune 200 corporation. You decide how long you want to lease, all repairs are ...

An individual landlord may not be as inclined to rush over to repair your appliances or AC on a hot and humid night, on a holiday or a Sunday.
Camden Aventura has upgraded 3 story garden apartments, a friendly, 1st class staff who's investment in your satisfaction is part of their careers. There are garages available, how many garages can you find in Aventura? Large dogs are allowed. Once again, there are only 2 or 3 buildings that allow large dogs in Aventura. Have you ever seen one of those leasing applications from a condo building and the endless security deposits required for you and your dog? Then is their woo hoo interview. " Make sure that you carry your dog through the lobby". I like the buildings that make you put your dog in a stroller when on common areas. Don't feel paranoid when you're followed by some condo commando, OK, feel paranoid. And trapped.
Do I sound like a commercial? I'm like that JD Power review as a tenant who's been living here for many years. My job is a foreclosure agent who knocks on doors to inform occupants that they have lost their property. Don't risk being a tenant and having someone like me knock on your door to inform you that you have to move. That is why I live and rent where I can control my own destiny.
You can transfer to any Camden complex throughout the country. Try that with a landlord living out of the country 3 time zones away who won't fix your AC and won't return your deposits when he loses the property.

The exterior of the building is dirty, maintenance does not exist , i mope my front door and front corridor because i feel disgusting by the dirty of this building, summing pool is like a septic tank, so dirty GYM is so small does not have water, i am dying to leave Camden Aventura, the only good thing is this building is the guest park , you never get your guest bothered by it,
other negative point is i rented a 3 bedroom apartment but only on cell phone can be set up to access the garage ...

However , for the price they charge here you could get something much better some where else..

Camden Aventura is the best place I've ever rented, and I've rented for the last 14 years. Great apartments,
great staff, and a prime location. I would definitely recommend Camden Aventura to anyone coming to the
Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
The leasing office team is always very helpful and nice; I've worked with Laura, Samantha, Sara, and others.
The maintenance staff is also kind, prompt, and helpful—I don’t know their names because I haven’t really

Location is good, near parks and supermarkets at walking distance. However, maintenance and safety are not great, our front gate has been broken for months now, like someone either forced it with a crowbar or crashed into it. A person can fit through the hole easily. The peatonal gate ramains open even at wee hours of the night.
