My experience at Camden Belmont
June 27, 2021I would be cautious moving in to this apartment complex. I lived in build C and it seemed like one gate and one door were always broken. I would see people roaming that didn’t look like they lived there, others reported too, nothing seemed to be done. When I moved out of my apartment, I was told it wasn’t “necessary to clean the apartment” because I was going to be charged anyway. Now they’re charging more than double the cleaning fee for something that was there before I moved in. Other ...problems included a dryer that was always broken and packages that were stolen, but if Texas ever freezes over again, you’ll have power because it’s close to a fire station. The maintenance staff is incredible, can’t say enough good things about them. The area is walkable and close to bars and restaurants.Property Manager Responded

Great Community and Location
November 2, 2018Amazing location in Dallas between Uptown and Henderson and downtown, it is only a short Uber or walking distance to restaurants and bars. You receive a "Perks Card" upon move in which gives you discounts in the area. Super convenient. More affordable than places in the area and Internet and cable is included in rent! The apartments have LED lighting so it is energy efficient and low electric bill. Staff is super friendly and really relatable, yet professional. Samantha went out of her way to ...make sure I had a wonderful experience and was able to answer my questions with ease. She even went above and beyond by measuring the dimensions. Apartments include stone counter tops and mine has hardwood throughout. I am very satisfied with the Camden Belmont and the new team. Did I mention they are super pet friendly and my neighbors are outgoing. Great community!Property Manager Responded

Poor living experience.
January 1, 2018It’s just in a rough neighborhood. Homeless people come into the parking lots at night and stay there. If the staff actually is there they listen to your complaints but it takes forever, if at all, if maintenance does anything about it. The interiors are boring and uninspired and my carpet is cheap. Overall if I could give a negative 5 star rating I would.Property Manager Responded

Poor construction and unhelpful staff
July 3, 2017I hated living here. Within the first 3 months of living here, I had 3 cabinets break and the faucet in my restroom broke. The staff was always rude to me whenever I had a problem and didn't seem to care after I signed my lease. Neighbors are loud and I really wanted to leave after the 6th month.Property Manager Responded

Central location, fair price
September 23, 2015Great, central location in Dallas (between Uptown/Downtown and lower Greenville). Walking (or short Uber) to restaurants and bars. Much more affordable than Uptown living. Units are very energy efficient, so electricity bills stay low ($35-75/mo depending on the season). Just switched internet provider from AT&T Uverse to Time Warner Cable to save some money, and our Uverse internet would cut out several times a night. Good community with helpful staff. Apartments are well finished for the price. ...Downsides - not the best neighborhood, but there is a lot of new housing going up in the area, so it is getting better; careful with your unit location - we live in the far corner from parking garage (about 100 yard walk), and there are three frat houses surrounding our corner of the building (Manett St and Garrett Ave). Good locatino, other than that nothing good
August 13, 2015Great view from 4th floor east facing apts. Apartments are nice, but poorly built, I guess thats ok if you're not home much. Maintenance and management are what sucks. Hallways are dirty, gates remain broken for days at a time. Management is an absentee landlord, only there to collect.Review from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015I have lived here for 15 months, have recently renewed in July for an additional 14. The staff is always thorough, nice and personable! The area around is growing in a unique way and you'll be happy to be apart of it! It's genuinely minuets away from downtown, uptown, lowest Greenville, lower Greenville and at the heart of midtown! Its location from 75 you can be heading in any direction within minuets! Love the onsite facilities from the pools, to the gym, entertainment area for you and ...your guest, and to the computer area! Pet friendly, with its own dog park onsite, the grounds are well kept, and I love the layout of the apt I am currently in!
