The management at Camden Apartments in Boca is first class. They are very supportive, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are very attentive to their residents needs. Carley, Jennifer and Anthony are kind, caring, and professional. The rest of the support staff is equally great as they always take care of the building and its residents. Could not have asked for a better group of people!

I have been living at Camden of Boca Raton for the past year and am now moving out. Here are some pros and cons I have from my experiences.
Pros:
Great location, central Boca Raton with easy access to restaurants along with the beach. Overall helpful and nice staff, although sometimes there is a wait (especially on Sundays)
Has the things you want - Pool, gym, terrace, common area.
New, well kept and clean
Cons: Although the building is new there are some things you would expect to be better ...
designed.
- Trash chute (need to open 3 doors to throw away trash while holding 2 open, makes throwing away trash more difficult).
- Pool is on the ground floor and surrounded by the building, does not receive much sunlight (other buildings in the area have the pool on 6 floor or above).
- Gym is connected to the common area and has the same music/speakers, so you are unable to utilize music in the gym. Also has no clock (but has TV's).
- Parking garage is poorly spaced out with many overly tight spots, cars can easily hit a pillar (some show signs that this has already happened).
- Terrace is a great, but bathroom is hidden and locked, along with being tucked in the side of the building, maybe making it on the roof would provide a better view and enjoyment.
- Walls are paper thin and noise travels incredibly easy, also the doors are super loud, opening them at night can wake up a roommate.
- Train is louder than expected and can become a nuisance.
- Office hours match business hours during the week (9-6, I believe), so if you work later or have a commute likely will be unable to catch them open until the weekend. (Idea to overcome this - have one day a week a week open later and stay open later ex. 1- 10 pm)
Many of the con's I have pointed out unfortunately cannot be changed (but would have expected them to be more thoroughly considered in designing this new building).
With that said my experience at Camden has overall been a good one and have enjoyed living here. As I mentioned the location is great, and the staff are helpful. If the con's I mentioned do not concern you then this building would likely be a great place for you.
Wanted to leave an honest review of the building in order to help any potential future residents in their decision making process.

The facility is excellent and the amenities are great! We have all new construction, and excellent workout run and a great location in Boca Raton, Florida.
The staff is very professional and we have maintenance, cleaning, and security in the building everyday. Maintenance problems are repaired quickly and most minor repairs are included.

This is a great building if you enjoy being able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars! It is only a mile from the beach and tis very close to lot's of parks! They are also very pet friendly with a "bark park" on the premise and a pet washing station. The gym is great and the resort style pool is very relaxing. All the amenities are so convenient and well taken care of. We have felt very comfortable living here and recommend it to everyone!

The Camden Boca is a brand new apartment building in the heart of Boca's most exciting area. Across the street from Royal Palm shopping complex with fun restaurants, bars and shopping. Walking distance to Mizner Park with more restaurants and shops, live music shows and the Boca Art Museum. The finishes in the apartment are state of the art, and the amenities include a video fitness studio/gym and dog park and pet washing station along with pool and outdoor rooftop deck! top notch and have organized fun events for the tenants to meet each other. Service is beyond expectations....they even change light bulbs and filters. Parking is ample. I couldn't be happier in my new home.

Both are often used by the staff to host parties for the residents. Other amenities include a well-landscaped pool,barbecues,indoor gated garage and even a dog park.
