I have called Camden Downs home for 5 years. I have never once unsafe or seen anything odd. The maintenance team is amazing. If I put in a maintenance requests, someone comes the same day to address the issue. If I call the office the are always friendly and helpful. Also,during the pandemic Camden Properties had donated over 10 million dollars to assist residents in need. They are about their familys.

I would like to give a shout out to the office staff at Camden Downs at Cinco Rach for Standing out every day at the school bus drop off in this heat. I don't see another community ever doing this. The entire team, specially the manager and the assistant manager truly go above and beyond to listen to their residents and their concerns. They try so hard to enforce the rules for the safety of our children. Thank you ladies, I know it's hard to please everyone but you guys are doing a great job! ...
What you do is not easy but you do it with such great attitude. The maintenance team is also very prompt when an emergency arises or even when it's a simple request. My apartment is beautiful, I love the island kitchen and the neighborhood. I lived at other communities and this is by far one of the best. It's not perfect because you can't pick your neighbors and not everyone is as cooperative. If everyone would do their part to make their community better this would truly be the best place to live in.

I have been a resident at Camden Downs at Cinco Ranch for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with the maintenance service they provide. I like that they management is trying to maintain the community, my neighbors are not the cleanest, they leave their trash out all the time even when the community provides door to door trash pick up but I see the office staff sending emails asking us to please help them maintain the community clean. I know it’s hard to change everyone’s perspective, I like ...
to live in a clean community so I appreciate their efforts. The staff also sends out crime alerts which is something other communities don’t do, so overall I am pleased with my decision to make this community my home.

Camden Downs at Cinco Ranch is an awesome place to call home. I love the neighborhood, the community. I love my kitchen, super spacious counters and lots of cabinets, my favorite is the island in my kitchen. The maintenance team is awesome, I place my work order today and by the time I get home from work it's been taken care of. The staff in the office is super friendly, I don't go in the office often because of work but on the weekends I love the pool area and the girls, they have resident ...

Thank you for make this apartments a home for your residents, this is a familiar place to live, the schools assigned in the area are the best, this complex is amazing and have a playground for kids! Inside the apartments have great and spacious kitchen a lot of cabinets and granite counter tops, the grounds are always great, the maintenance staff rocks and the office staff is kind and helpful, thank you Camden Downs for an amazing customer service!

I have been meaning to write this review but time gets in the way and I was not going to wait another day to do it. I want to congratulate the staff at Downs at Cinco Ranch! I have lived in the Katy area for about 15 years and Camden Downs is by far the best community, they are not perfect and not exempt from typical situations. Horrible security and extremely unsafe

There have been 5 breakins forced and unforced in the last 2 months. No security cameras, no ownership by management, loitering by unrecognized outsiders, stolen packages and utter disregard by management to take any actions to deter frequent thefts. Shady audience.
Stay away from this Camden property, it is a shame on Camden name. Having lived on other camden properties country, this is a horrible example of what you would generally not expect from Camden.

step-in and fire the entire management staff and insitll a sense of safety and security by implementing advanced security measures such as security cameras and onsite 24/7 security vigilance.
Apartments have old interiors, gym is extremely small, small office center, no tennis grounds. Only a swimming pool which is unhygenic and small.
Horrible I cannot wait to move out and have started to look at other options.

I am sorry to hear that you aren’t completely satisfied with your experience here at Camden Downs at Cinco Ranch. We do our best in providing residents with proper personnel and tools to alleviate issues such as crime around our community. We have not been made aware of 5 break ins in the past two months, we have upgraded our lighting to LED lighting and have upgraded our cameras in high traffic areas. We certainly have room for improvement and are working every day to make our community an amazing place to live. We appreciate you living with us as long as you did.
