Amazing experience living in this community. I have been for more than 9 months and could not have got anything better. Maintenance stuff is real quick, staff and managers are amazing.
Very quite community and beautiful interior. Just love it.
I recommend this to anyone.

I recently moved to Camden Dunwoody and so far I have really enjoyed it. The move-in process is not as tedious as some other rental places that I have considered. The ability to do everything online was a big bonus as I travel a lot for work. The service guys are very responsive, parking can be a bit tight on weekends, but overall great place to live.

freaking horrible and terrible place to live, the leasing office was not nice, there are two ladies who are never be useful and helpful. they always want to get something from you. never live here, there is no parking, they even charge you for 50 dollars for the parking sticker, whenever you decide to live there one more year, they charge you way more than you should be.

This is a great place to live. Pretty quiet, great workout room and offers the occasional free yoga class. Some noise from the highway (285) but it is central to everything. Floor plans are great, and the parking situation has been fixed. Gates stay closed most of the time except in the afternoon between 5 and 7 during rush hour. They had some great deals in terms of rent per month when I moved in; not sure what is available now. Reasonable rent for what you get and the area.

My family and I could not be happier with our new apartment! The rooms are spacious, the area is clean and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. There's a great pool area, courtyard/BBQ area, gym center, and a place for the kids to play, which is always important. The staff has also been a pleasure to work with, and made the entire moving-in experience as stress-free as possible. If you're looking for a great place to live in the Dunwoody area, this is the place to be!

I've lived here for 3 months and I love it so far. The people in the leasing office are professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable for the area. The only issue I would have is some of the residents do not clean up after their dogs.

My family and I recently moved to the area, and I have to say that we could not be happier with our decision! Moving here has been a great experience! All of the rooms are so spacious, the area is clean and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. There is a great pool area, courtyard and bbq area, and plenty of room for the kids to play, which is very important to us. This is the very definition of luxury - if you're thinking of moving to this area, this is the place to be!

The location of Camden Dunwoody is great, however the office staff can tend to be rude and unhelpful. There was construction done on my balcony that lasted a month I was not made aware of this and when I called to find out why my balcony was torn down the office staff was very rude. The layouts are nice and interior is updated.
