Great Experience Overall
December 7, 2018My girlfriend and I lived at Camden for 2 years and had a great experience. Management was willing to go above and beyond what we expected to any problems we had, including issues with neighbors. Building maintenance fixed issues within 24 hours or less and were incredibly pleasant. The facilities--gym, community center area, and pool--were well-maintained and clean. Overall, we had a great experience living here and would recommend it to anyone who was looking for an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Simple Process
August 12, 2018I work with a few communities in town for corporate rentals and this community by far has had the fastest verification and approval process for my business. They definitely know how to handle corporate applications! The property itself actually looks pretty decent considering how long it has been running. Location is great for providing tenants with things to do within a short distance. Torrence was extremely responsive and made everything feel like a breeze. It's okay.
September 22, 2015The apartment has been renovated: new granite counter tops, "hardwood floors" in the living room and kitchen, new carpet, stainless steel appliances. But, you can still tell this is an older complex. It could use a bit more help with its aesthetics, like new crown molding, interior doors, etc. I could also do without the $55 they charge for cable a month. Camden Midtown Pros and Cons
September 15, 2015Great location. Easy to get around from. Good Pool. Major Cons the corporate leasing rigors they make you go through and be prepared for a lease hike of at least $150 after your first year. They will NEVER decrease your rent even if your apartment is listed for less after you are scheduled to move out. Cons Lots of bugs. A club moved in next door and soon a brewhouse will open. 2am is very loud from people leaving the bar every night. Packages constantly stolen. Do NOT have things delivered ...here if you move in.
