October 7, 2020Would not rent here again. Simply dont want the pain of moving before I buy. Planned to move into a home but covid layoffs, couldnt afford it. Apartment gave me no grace on rent after being laid off. Managers are rude. Elevators dont work. Place is falling apart. People party like theyre in college. Dirty.Review from Apartments.com

Missed appointment
March 11, 2019Had scheduled a tour with Cody for 3:30.Arrived on time, was told he would be right with us. Saw him sitting at desk with (apparently) a prospective tenant who did not have an appointment. He got up to begin a tour with this other person when the wonan behind the desk told him his 3:30 appointment was here. He looked past us and said “but I’m starting a tour”. We were on a tight schedule and could not wait. Very unprofessional, and obviously we will be renting elsewhere.we had confirmed by phone ...and email.Property Manager Responded

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ADDRESS COMPLAINTS
September 29, 2018Please see my previous review about pool noise from two months ago with the carefully canned responses from management. NOTHING has been done to control the noise coming from the pool and common areas. This afternoon, I am subjected to drunk adults, screaming unattended children and loud music that is disturbing the peace INSIDE of my apartment. I have reached out to management twice in the last hour and a half and NOTHING has been done. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY AS YOU CAN!Review from Apartments.com
Pool noise is a SERIOUS problem.
July 21, 2018I would give zero stars if I could. Yet another weekend day spent trying to relax in my shoebox of an apartment that I pay inflated rent costs for and I am subject to the disturbing level of noise coming from the frat party at the pool. Doors all closed, dishwasher on, and I still can't hear my own TV. At what point will your management staff put an end to this? Personal audio devices and speakers are fine, but the fact that I can SING ALONG with the music playing at the pool from FLOORS ABOVE ...with my doors closed is unacceptable. At least it's only 1pm, what about at 9 & 10 o'clock at night? This has been a consistent issue and needs to be resolved. The number of "guests" that are allowed to take space around the pool your residents pay for has FAR SURPASSED two. In addition, the grill have been non-functional for months and residents just leave huge packages, trash and cardboard boxes outside their doors for days on end. The elevator floors are NEVER cleaned and I am embarrassed to even bring people to my apartment because of the filth in them combined with a hallway littered with boxes and stains on the floor. The parking garage smells like a landfill and guest parking is a JOKE.Property Manager Responded
