September 1, 2020so, first off me and my family filled out the application to an apartment my they told us that we could not have my aunt as the head of household on the lease, so we had to change it. and they already had us waiting almost 4 weeks. when we would call to check on the application they would give us the run around, so the actual day that they TOLD US they would call NOBODY called so we called them and a woman answered it and would not tell us if we have been approved or not, the next day they told ...us that we were denied bc of 2 credit scores were bad BUT we put my aunt as head of house hold and we were told that she could not a few days later they made her do a WHOLE different application which is WEIRD bc we already paid $400.00 for the application process. my spouse told them if we were to get denied then he could pay the rent up for a whole year. and thats the ONLY reason they told us we could move in (which we are NOT) the service is horrible! i do not recommend . they also were very rudeProperty Manager Responded

We are unclear as to which challenges you are referring to as we do not take weeks to get back to a customer regarding an application. Denying an applicant could be due to credit, annual income, background screening results, etc. And we inform the applicant right away via phone call and email; Funds are due for reach applicant as we preform a background check to each individual applying. The Staff is HORRIBLE
August 6, 2020You would think for the amount of money you pay to live here that the staff would be nice - approachable - helpful? Not at Camden Paces! The managers are unbelievably RUDE and the staff just follows suit. The change in the Manager and the Assistant manager were the worst choices this property could have made. I had to break my lease because I could not bare to live there any longer. With everything that's going on in the world today. People losing their jobs Management was the least ...compassionate group of people you could ever meet. I'm so happy that they were able to keep their jobs and maintain their salaries. 1.5 years and the service and property gets worse....
May 10, 2019Nice enough staff but fixing actual problems is not part of Camden Paces strong suit. They installed 97 (yes 97 cameras) on property and failed to install a single ONE on garage floors. My car was hit and ran by a neighbor and the office did absolutely NOTHING to fix/find out who/assist. Police report was basically useless since there are no cameras in garages and they didnt even have the courtesy to send an email to all the residents to report/notify of the problem (but they have zero issue ...sending these emails about to let people to know to pick up dog poop and that a dog not on a leash is $500 fine but apparently hit and run cars is a freebie.) My newest issue (as well as my neighbors) is the incessant fruit/gnat/drain/phorid fly problem (no food out OCD clean apartment) to which pest control comes ONCE A WEEK and has done the exact same thing spraying in the drain 2 weeks in a row. I'm literally camping in my Buckhead apartment. There is zero sense of urgency to fix this and in fact was asked first to wait til next Tuesday (another 6 days) for pest control to come back - now with calling daily and pressing supposedly they are working to possibly get a company to come fog my apartment (and my neighbors) but can't tell me when or what products will be used and if they are even safe and what to do with my dog and furniture. This apartment appears great on the outside but sadly with the service is trash and currently of all 5 major cities I've lived in and other major management properties I've lived on this would be the absolute least recommended.Property Manager Responded

Good property with great location
August 8, 2015I moved into Camden Paces last year and have enjoyed my time there thus far. The community is clean, the managers are very invovled and helpful, and the apartments have all of the necessary amenities. The location is great, as well, being in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. My only issue with the property is the absolutely unnecessary speed bumps in the parking garage.
