so, first off me and my family filled out the application to an apartment my they told us that we could not have my aunt as the head of household on the lease, so we had to change it. and they already had us waiting almost 4 weeks. when we would call to check on the application they would give us the run around, so the actual day that they TOLD US they would call NOBODY called so we called them and a woman answered it and would not tell us if we have been approved or not, the next day they told ...
us that we were denied bc of 2 credit scores were bad BUT we put my aunt as head of house hold and we were told that she could not a few days later they made her do a WHOLE different application which is WEIRD bc we already paid $400.00 for the application process. my spouse told them if we were to get denied then he could pay the rent up for a whole year. and thats the ONLY reason they told us we could move in (which we are NOT) the service is horrible! i do not recommend . they also were very rude
