LEAVES PEOPLE STRANDED

Zero Leinency
June 5, 2017I've been staying here for about six months this now, I recently had a close family member pass so I didn't have access to a computer for a weekend. The payment portal online wasn't working for my phone either. I missed my rent payment by less than 24 hours, I was charged a $180 dollar late fee. I went to the office to try to explain the situation, and was told there was nothing they could do. Thanks Camden Preserve for adding onto what is already a troubling time.Property Manager Responded

LOVE Camden Preserve!
August 7, 2015This is my second time around at Camden Preserve... I'm currently in the AF and due to deployments, I've had to move out the first time. After extensive research, I didn't find any other place that fit my needs more perfectly both times. The rent is very reasonable for the perfect apartment and the amenities that come with it. Everyone in the office as well as the maintenance guys are extremely friendly and they really do make you feel at home. Even after the deployment, they still remembered ...me and details about me when I came into rent another apt. My service requests have been resolved within 12 hrs every time and specific requests are always taken care of to meet my needs. All the appliances are stainless steel and cabinets are clean, sleek, and modern. The garden tub is a must on my apartment criteria now due to Preserve! Bathrooms and kitchen are such an important aspects of an apartment and Preserve nailed it. The pool area was recently renovated and there's now a barbecue area where you can grill and play in the pool while doing it... This is a bigger plus than people may think before they experience it! Valet trash is convenient, cable package that gets included into the rent is exactly what I would've selected and saves me the hassle of having to pay multiple bills each month. My little pup loves the dog park area where she gets to run around without being restrained and I love not have to restrict her movement. There are plenty of parking close to the entrance of my apartment and that's something so convenient a lot of people overlook. So far, love it!
August 26, 2015My husband and I just moved to Florida from Boise, ID. We only had a certain amount of time to find a place and once we came across Camden preserve we felt at home! Its a BEAUTIFUL apartment complex and everyone we've met here is so friendly. Our neighbors even helped us move some of our stuff in which was awesome. The staff here is great as well. They are incredibly kind and helpful. They always answer emails or call back in a timely matter which I've never experienced with previous landlords. ...My favorite part about this Camden is that its pet friendly! Pet friendly rentals (especially pet friendly apartments) are so hard to find so that really sold me on this apartment. They have little dog parks around the apartment complex which I really appreciate. They also have a dog wash station which is very unique. All in all this place is amazing. The location is great, you have access to a huge movie room, a common lounge area, a pool, a gym, outdoor grills, a car wash, a dog wash station, dog parks and so much more! This place is a winner!
July 29, 2015It starts when you move in to a scrupulously clean apartment. Add to that high ceilings, large rooms, well maintained appliances, clean carpets, and a quiet neighborhood and we are very happy to be living here. The pool area is clean and quiet and we're about 7 minutes from Picnic Island beach when in the mood for some sun, salty air, sunsets and sand. There's also a fishing pier there. Balconies are all screened in and I love being able to sit out in the evening with no mosquitos. I work ...downtown and it takes me 15-20 minutes to get there. pretty, pretty good!
July 24, 2015I've lived Camden Preserve a month now. The good things are the staff have been great, it's clean and it's quiet (I'm on the third floor so nobody is above ). The bad things are 2 of the 3 bedrooms don't have fans, and I don't like the kitchen and dining room lighting. I've seen a few large roaches which concerns me. The apartments feel safe but the area is somewhat sketchy. Cambden Preserve is in between Bowery Bayside which is a much larger and less expensuve apartment complex and Casa Bella ...which is a small, upscale apartment complex.
