We offer a variety of tour options. Self-guided tours are available on Mondays. Self-guided, live video, and team member tours are available Tuesday through Saturday. Please call 24 x 7 to schedule. Our newly renovated one, two and three bedroom apartment homes feature white shaker cabinets, modern white quartz countertops, gray subway tile backsplashes, and upgraded hardwood-style flooring throughout the dining room and kitchen area. Additional features include USB-enabled outlets, upgraded LED lighting, stainless steel appliances and smart thermostats. If you need to conveniently work from home, our 2.1A, 2.1B, 2.2B, 2.2TA and 2.2TB floor plans all feature extra space for you to create the perfect home office or playroom. We welcome up to three pets per apartment home. Our dog park with agility equipment and Paw Spa allow your pup to play and be pampered, all without leaving home. Best thing here is the staff. Both the office and maintenance staff are always friendly and often go overboard to accommodate. If you need something fixed, a light bulb changed, whatever it is done within a hour or two usually. The location is terrific, though being off Sam Furr Rd can be tricky with traffic at times, but it is a quick walk to Birkdale Village, a longer walk or quick ride to Lake Norman, Charlotte is not that far and Huntersville area has all the shopping or food experiences you ...

could want. Our apartment is great, roomy enough for our needs and the grounds are kept spotless. Parking can be a hassle at times, but we got a garage and eliminated that problem and have extra storage to boot in there. The garages are a good size and even with a large car we have plenty of room to store. Not every place is perfect and I would say the only con is our porch is tiny, room for 2 to sit comfortably, but not much else. Other type units have bigger porches though. But having lived in many apartments for a lot of years, this one ranks as the best. The staff, the amenities, the community, and well mainly the staff that goes out of their way to care for people and the property. It makes it great to live here.

Superb Location, Service and Amenities!

This is a great complex. The staff is always friendly and service calls are completed within hours. The apartments are well kept and pretty spacious. The pool and fitness center are on the small side but there's never a sense that they are overcrowded. Location is perfect being near Birkdale, great schools, and just minutes from the lake. Traffic and parking can be a bit crazy, but overall this is a nice place to live!

We recently relocated and ended up at The Reserve at Kenton and we are extremely happy with the apartment. The apartments are new and totally upgraded including a washer and dryer. The bedrooms and closets all have plenty of room. It is apartment living so noise and neighbors are all to be expected but it's nothing that's not tolerable at all. We love the valet trash service that they pick up right outside your apartment door. The management team is great they are friendly and helpful and the ...

few minor things that I've asked them to fix or look at in the apartment has been done in a timely manner and done correctly. Overall very happy we've extended our lease a year and are happy to stay!

moved to the huntersville area from NJ. The second we drove into the property we knew we were home. Currently live in a 2bed 2 full bath. HUGE closets and bedrooms. Very convenient to birkdale village. Smaller fitness center but functional, nice swimming pool with 2 gas grills. Excellent location and for the price, can't be beat.
