Location is Everything!
October 10, 2015When searching for an apartment that would meet all the needs of my family, we had a number of requirements. The most important requirements were location and schools. Previously we lived in a suburban town West of Atlanta and we were looking to move to a place closer to the city and in an area with excellent schools for our children. With Camden at St. Claire we got both! It's located about five minutes from downtown Atlanta, but it is still nestled in a neighborhood where the children go to ...quality schools. The area has all of the stores and restaurants that we love and enjoy! The apartments are spacious and upgraded with stainless steel appliances. Our neighbors are either working professionals or graduate students at the surrounding universities. Our overall experience at Camden St. Claire has be phenomenal! The Good, the Bad, and the Weird
August 14, 2015First, the Good: the apartments themselves are really nice, with washer and dryer in-unit, cool architectural details like crown molding that make it feel more like a house, and new carpet and hardwood floors. Maintenance responds quickly to fix things, and the staff is really friendly. And the pool area is just as fabulous in person as in the pics. Now the Bad: the leasing consultant wasn't entirely honest with us about what would be included in the rent, so imagine our surprise when we got an ...itemized bill for water, recycling, random fees, etc. Also, you're forced to pay for a Comcast cable package even if you don't want it. And even though it's a "package" it doesn't include internet. Overall this is a good place to live, we were just bummed that we have to had pay a lot of hidden fees and expenses that we weren't expecting. And now the Weird: I personally find this really cool, but there's a very old Civil-War era cemetery right in the middle of the complex. We can see it from our porch, and initially thought it was a dog park or something. But it's definitely full of headstones, because you know, it's the south.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015This is the perfect location if you take Interstate 85 to work. It could not be more convenient. The neighborhood is also great, with Toco Hills nearby, Target on Briarcliff Rd and the new Fresh Market at N. Druid Hills. The apartments are modern and up to date and so is the pool, fitness center and other amenities. I really appreciate the valet trash service and recycling bins on site. The community is a mix of students, families, and professionals. It is gated and feels safe and welcoming. Pets ...are also welcome. August 12, 2015This complex is great for the most part. The maintenance staff and office staff are great. Honestly I have not had a problem really since moving here. The area is quite. The valet garbage service is great. I wish att came to this area of Atlanta but that is not camden's fault and comcast is ok. I guess that is one of the only things I miss from my previous apartment. My Apartment
August 6, 2015My apartment is acceptable to me at the present time. I know there are others in the local area that are less expensive compared to what I am currently paying each month. I've heard of some criminal activity in this community but have yet to experience it personally myself. One issue that I do have with the community is a mandatory charge for cable TV. It doesn't matter if I use other media services, I still have to pay $55.00 per month rather I use it or not. Luxury livin close to Buckhead w/o the $ tag
July 24, 2015Location is everything and we all know that in addition to top notch customer service. It is fantastic living minutes from Buckhead without paying the Buckhead price. Literally just off of I85 I can navigate the city with ease while enjoying a comfortable community in a wisely thought out floor plan. Furthermore this community provides the Camden brand which to me symbolizes reliability and consistent customer service. I also really like the garages they have on site that I have rented to ...preserve my vehicles and also for storage. The staff is always there for me when I need them. Unique apartments conveniently located!
July 22, 2015I've lived in Camden St. Clair for over a year now and I've loved my experience here. The apartments are very unique, with an open floor plan and excellent lighting. The apartments are clean and the staff are very accommodating to any concerns we have. I really like it here. The only downsides are safety and parking. There have been several break-ins here, including 10 in one day. The complex responded adequately at the time; however, I still feel unsafe at night. My second complaint would be ...parking. The particular area around the building I live in has very limited parking.
