    I’ve lived at Camden World Gateway for a little over a year. I moved in sight unseen as I was moving from out of state. I was very nervous to move into an apartment without seeing it in person. However, Andre was absolutely amazing through the entire process of leasing and answer every question I had. He went above and beyond by sending me pictures of the apartment I would be moving into.   • Not so great

    August 17, 2020
    Several years back, we signed a 15 month lease. At the end of that lease, they wanted 15% higher rent. No reason given- we were never late on our rent and were great tenants. I think offering a move in deal without warning folks that it will go up when the lease expires is unethical, downright wrong. You might expect 10-25 bucks but $150-200 is terrible. We were able to move bc we live below our means, but I felt sad for other families living payday to payday trying to pay so much more for rent ...
    all of a sudden, when I knew the typical pay raise rarely jumps 15% in 15 months time. I would never rent from any Camden ever again because of this blatant disregard for tenants in general. Also, The hallways were super noisy when people came home- once they got into their apartment it wasn't so bad- but we were disturbed many a late night when party goers returned home laughing, singing whatever down the echoing hallways. The office personnel were responsive at this place, no real complaints with them but Camden as a corporation gets a thumbs down from me. It has always baffled me why an apt place would offer a move in deal for new tenants, and then raise the rent for the others. Doesn't it make better business sense to offer good established tenants incentive to stay- instead of new folks that have no payment history? So the cycle continues. That is my 2 cents.

  • Maintenance is great, Management is NOT

    Ive resided here for about 5 years and in that time the community has gone downhill. The only great thing about this community is maintenance, they take care of any problems fast and willingly! Management is a different story. They never answer, they don't care about the dog poop left ALL over the neighborhood. They never update our amenities only their clubhouse.

    Maintenance issues are resolved within 24hrs which is awesome! I have to give the office team 5 star rating because my son loves them. He walks through the office everyday from his bus stop & he tells me how the staff is so friendly & treats him well. As soon as he gets home, he tells me how he was a “little late because he was talking to his friends in the office” AKA the staff. As a parent it’s very important to you for your child/children to be happy & comfortable where they reside. The team ...

  • Camden world gateway review

    I have lived at world gateway for almost a year and have no complaints! I use the pool all the time it's very relaxing and quiet with the fountain sounds. The gym has free weights now which I love. My puppy loves the dog park and they have a tennis court which I keep meaning to use. It is great living only a few minutes from Disney because I work there, and everyone in the office is so nice and efficient! I hope to stay here for many years.

    Camden was a great place to call home. I recently moved out of state and the property was so good I chose another Camden! The office staff were great always there. From photocopying to sending faxes. They always happy to help. Maintainence were always very quick I never had to wait more than 24 hours for any service requested.     nice pool which is always quiet. There is also a basketball court tennis court and dog park which was great for my dog to run around and tire himself out in The location was perfect close to shops and theme parks but on a quiet road so you didn't feel in the middle of the rush.

  • The best place in orlando

    Been living here for 4 years. Cannot think of living anywhere else in Orlando! I work at Walt Disney world and my commute is less than 5 minutes the discount on rent is a nice addition along with not having to pay for cable and internet. My apartment is quiet and overlooks the nature preserve i also have a large screened in patio to enjoy my view! The office and maintenance staff are great and very easy to work with. If it ever have a problem it is normally resvolved by the end of the day.

  • Poor Pest control maintenace

    I've been dealing with beetles getting inside of my closets for over a month now and they still did not fix the issue. They came and overloaded my clothes with dirt and did not have the decency to clean after themselves. Until now I am still dealing with the issue. We are thinking to break our list and to go elsewhere.

    Camden World Gateway is perfect location. I am close to I4, 417 and all major theme parks. I have lived here for 6 months and I am more than happy! When I applied the application was easy, quick ( I was done within 20 minutes) and cheaper than other applications in the area.     quick and do a good job even replacing my light bulbs when I inquired about the type of bulbs I needed to purchase. The grounds are always being worked on and are in immaculate condition. The pool is quiet and a nice place to relax and the gym has all the machines that I have canceled my gym membership! There is also a basketball, tennis court, dog park and even a car wash! Working for Walt Disney gives me a rent discount (every little helps in this day and age) I also have cable and internet included in my rent along with trash pick up which is perfect for when I am feeling lazy. I hope to continue calling Camden World Gateway home for a while!

    I have lived at Camden for 2 years and it is the first place in Orlando that I am proud to call home. The office staff are awesome and always approachable, the maintenance team are quick and get the job done. The property is clean and when I moved in they had just completed an update with new appliances and carpet. The neighbors are quiet and keep themselves to themselves.
