Not worth the rent
May 8, 2022They advertise updates, fireplaces...ect... And mine was less than advertised **to be polite. The office staff is nice, but I haven't had anything fixed from maintenance. I need new windows, and my kitchen sink to be calked properly. None of which have ever happened. My windows leaked major heat during the winter and lead to ice inside my apartment. Great Place
January 15, 2022The staff has always been accommodating to me while I’ve stayed here. Even when small things have come up, they’re quick to remedy them without any sort of hassle. Sometimes maintenance takes a while but, things always get done. Only downside is the grounds are a bit unkept. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Staff!
September 2, 2020The staff in the office are tremendous! Kathy is so very kind, understanding and helped our family through the most difficult situation of our lives. It was even on her own time. We cannot thank her enough! Outside of this, she is always pleasant and helpful. As a manager, Gabrielle is very flexible and thorough. We have enjoyed each of our interactions with her. Lastly, Paige is such a friendly, warm voice on the phone. If it wasn't for her, I might not be living here right now. We miss it here!
August 15, 2019It’s an understatement to say that we absolutely loved living here. Staff was amazing to us, we never had any issues inside or outside of our home. And the environment was always great. We only got to stay for a short time being a military family. Unfortunately when we were able to come back, the rent went up drastically and it was no longer possible for us to consider moving into the complex again. Not worth the money
June 7, 2018It’s not a bad place to live, but it is old and things tend to break. Maintenance then takes forever to actually fix anything. The price was pretty high for the condition my apartment came in and be prepared for them to steal your deposit. I only lived there for 4 months and was rarely in my apartment but somehow they found a way to charge a $200 “standard cleaning fee” when I moved out, which I find odd considering that the apartment was filthy when I moved in. They double charged me for various ...utilities, rent, car port, etc payments when I lived there and refused to refund me when confronted. A bit pricey, but not too bad
August 17, 2015Comeback pointe apartments were a great place for me, and made it easy to sign a lease without seeing them physically, with their virtual tours. The one main complaint around here is the parking-it can be very hard to find a spot, especially between 4 & 7 PM. If you're unlucky enough to have an apartment with windows facing centennial, be prepared to hear motorcycles and engine brakes roaring up and down the hill outside. The pool is a great way to spend a summer weekend, and the hot tub is kept ...warm all year round. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance staff is prompt to take care of any issues. It's An Experiece Worth Sharing!
July 23, 2015It is quite the change to go from living in a residential home to living in an apartment, nevertheless it's an experience worth sharing. The Managemnt-my first impression was quite different than what I expected. The Manager was very friendly, took time to answer all my questions and I did not feel pressured to sign a lease. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The most important aspect is how they communicate to the residents of upcoming changes and/or events. The property-Is well ...maintained inside and out. A maintenance request was handled very quickly l; also, considering the size of the complex, I have not experienced any drama and feel quite safe. My Neighbors-The residents vary in age and are respectful of personal space in that they are conscious of the fact that others live in close proximity. They do not do things to disturb the peace of others. Recommendations-I highly recommend this complex for the reasons stated above. Some additional benefits to living here is that you are able to make your apartment feel like home-if you want to paint the walls a different color you. can. Secondly, the mountain view is awesome!
