Maintenance and office people do not know how to do their jobs and will move women and children into roach that infested trailers on top of it they don’t even have the decency to even clean anything.

Audra does a good job running this place. The maintenance people do a great job, but aren't especially great at communication. If you have a maintenance issue, tell Audra directly, otherwise it won't get done. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighborhood kids are pretty well behaved aside from playing in the street. The homes have higher end appliances than most apartments. Plus you can't beat the price of a 3 bed 2 bath. Sure there's room for improvement, but for the most part I'm happy living ...
