I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and I like the fact that they are always improving and renovating the apartments. The apartments are great in size. Family friendly where the kids get to enjoy two pools. Also like the fact that I get to use my debit card to use the laundry room. Great Place overall, clean and great, friendly staff! I really like it here.

We looked around for a while before we found this place. We didn't leave without putting in an application the same day. This place is gorgeous. Its a mini forest in El Paso. The staff is also very friendly and very quick to fix any issues. The community is very friendly and they look out for each other. Christina and Nancy are great! They are quick to respond to any questions and they take great care of the tenants! This place is worth every penny!

I love these apartments every one that works here are very friendly management especially. If I need something fixed it is done in a timely fashion. I have lived in these apartments since I was a little kid I am 45 my mom and I have left these apartments but we keep coming back because of the friendly management, stuff and this community is very quite. I am a single mother and I feel safe in this apartment complex.

In spite of the fact that the apartment complex is not as new as many I moved there because I loved the fact that the one bedroom apartment was so spacious and had a massive walk in closet. very clean very spacious. The Apartments the grounds are kept meticulously pristine. Anytime I needed some kind of maintenance which was rare in the 3 years I lived there , they were there in a heartbeat. Built in the 70's, with "Big TX" in mind, this apartment is not lacking space ulike others I've seen in this city on the East side. It has two pools, laundry room, and one of the few places in Elpaso with GRASS... not rocks and is probably the only with just grass! It is walled in with multiple gated entry's only the front is open for access but no gate closer, it is not a gated complex. Airconditoning is refrigerated not swamp cool, mine has washer/dryer hookups, and free basic cable for now. ...

Very difficult to get maintenance assistance and everyone is usually out to lunch, but all together it works. Best of what I've seen but it gets a 3. In this area, this city, needs gated community access is all im saying. Many bad experiences does not mean I'm unlucky.

I have rented at Camino Real Apartments many times 4 times to be exact. I always go back when the need arises. Wonderful managers, wonderful maintenance staff, friendly, courteous, fast to fix whatever needs to be done. The apartments are big and comfortable. The grounds are lovely green, and kept trim and beautiful and always clean.

My family has lived here since 1998. We looked all over East El Paso and could find nothing to compare to Camino Real. The apartment is large, clean and the staff is friendly and responsive (the maintenance staff DOES speak English as well as Spanish), if something breaks they fix or replace it promptly. The construction is concrete and concrete block so noise from adjacent units is all but non-existent and insulation is good enough that we rarely use the heat in the winter, the fireplace will ...

easily heat the entire apartment. Winter 2010-2011 when the temperature went down to only 1 degree, we remained warm even during the rolling blackouts. The central air conditioning is FAR superior to swamp coolers. Were it not for these points we would have moved long ago. Key points: 1) large apartments 2) friendly responsive (English & Spanish speaking) staff 3) beautiful, well maintained grounds 4) solid concrete walls between apartments (excellent noise suppression & fire protection) 5) ample parking
