Landlord is so sweet
April 4, 2024I have lived here for 3 years and loved it! It is close to campus but far enough to have some peace and quiet. The landlord is amazing and sweet. She is quick to respond and take care of any concerns we have had. She sometimes leaves gifts on every apartments door step for holidays and special occasions. The environment is friendly but private. Everybody minds their business but no one is rude or weird. It is gated so I never had to worry about anyone breaking into my car (which happens in chico ...unfortunately) and they just updated the washer and dryer situation so that has been awesome! 10/10 recommend living here if you are a studentRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
