Quite Affordable Apartments!

These apartments are extremely cheap for what you get. A dishwasher, exercise facility, and washer/dryer is all included while additionally being close to campus! The only downside that I have found is that the garbage trucks come at quite an early time (usually around 6 am) which you can hear if your apartment is on the west side of the building, but that's a small price to pay for an apartment as affordable as this one!

I've been living at Campus Place for almost a year, and I love it! This was my first apartment ever and it was an awesome place to start as a UND student! The location is student friendly and right next to campus. The amenities are amazing and there are tons of free food and events going on! Live here! You won't regret it!
