    Anytime we put in a maintenance request it is not filled. They don’t email you to come into your apartment for working on the building. They charge me for everything and will just charge me for fun. And they won’t break my lease.

    I highly recommend NOT moving into Campus Village. The 2 years I lived there I experienced disrespectful and unfair treatment by the Property manager on many occasions. Charged for basic maintenance like a light bulb being changed ($35) which should have been free. My safety was not a concern to them when brought to their attention. The units are not well maintained either. I would strongly suggest against moving here for anyone.
