I’ve had my fair share of bad rentals in the valley, and I’m so glad I found this place. The manager is very honest and sweet, and the maintenance is taken care of quickly whenever there is an issue.

Canby Court Apartments are priced affordably. This apartment complex has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living room. Kitchen is kind of small but overall the spacing of the entire unit is great. Manager is usually there but if you wish to speak to her it's probably best you make an appointment. If you move here be sure to spray your house with roach and insect chemicals just to be sure because I've found a few roaches every now and then but not regularly. The good thing is that if ...
you find any roaches the manager will have someone spray the unit for you for no charge.
