Canterbury is a very small and well taken care property , as well as managment. they took care of me aswell . As a first time renter i was scared to live alone , the property was very accommodated i got to know residents very well almost everyone i met was very nice , Canterbury is a family home i would say its the best community ever , unfortunately i had to move out of state but if i had the chance to apply again i will do it in a heart beat

I lived my worse nightmare next door. When my lease was finally over I knew I had to move out. I visit Canterbury and Ms. Vanessa was very nice and helpful. I've been here for 5 months haven’t requested any repairs yet for maintenance but when I run across them on the property they are very polite. I love my apartment and I will definitely renew.

The apartments are clean and well maintained, with a staff that is very attentive. The pool and community grounds are well maintained also with an emphasis in creating a family friendly environment that provides a safe and quite place to live.
The office staff are very accommodating to the needs of residents and provide support to residents when needed. Both Denise and Vanessa do their best to make residents feel at home and providing assistance.

I have lived here for five years now and I love it. The location is excellent! I love the front porch. The property is kept clean and attractive. We have all the amenities you could ask for. The complex is very safe. I come home at all hours of the night and this is very important to me. The on-site leasing team and the repair men are very courteous, professional and capable. I have been a resident for 3 years I like the community and the staff. We have a new manager Ms. Vanessa and she is doing a fantastic job!! Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and if a part is needed it doesn’t take them weeks to get the part, they are also very polite and professional. They let my family and i know where all of the near by grocery stores and schools were. Since the moment i walked into the office i was welcomed by a very friendly staff member, Denise. complex that i have lived in. There is a number for maintenance you can call and their response is quick. The property is clean, quiet, and beautiful. It doesn't flood during the rain so that's a plus! Last week we even had a little movie night out on the court where all of the neighbors shared a magical evening. I been her for 6 years i enjoy living here. hope sign a new lease in December is quiet and clean here. i enjoyed the outdoor movie provided by management and food that was given also. i hope we have more events like this.
