Kids fighting and No Security would keep me from renting there !!!!!

I have family members who live there and I was interested in moving there but the kids that live there make them look so bad it is like every time I go visit family someone is fighting are outside doing drugs are gambling at the basketball courts and I don't think it would be safe living there after what happened today, they really need some kind of security are make the trouble makers move I am sure you know who they are but otherwise they are nice inside and out.
