Great landlord, spacious, affordable

The apartment is a condo owned by the landlord. The landlord, Lenny, is awesome. He is there when you need him, and fast with repairs. He will never bother you or come unannounced. He also offers a very affordable rent. The condo management can be a pain and have strict rules about the way the exterior looks. However, if you learn their rules, it's not too bad. Also Lenny will step in and make sure that the condo facility is being reasonable if needed. The apartment itself has a ...

spacious living room, 2 decent size bedrooms of almost equal size (They are about 12x15), a dining room, and a small but functional kitchen. No pets unfortunately. Overall I'm very happy!
