    The homes are new and have some higher end features, which are very nice. The customer service and orientation is very good from maintenance (Brian) and the community manager (Jared) and we enjoy being part of this community! Once the amenities are available, I think they will be good. The price is high and the carpet is awful. We also have a high humidity level in our home (as high as 62%.some days!) and bugs can be an issue.
