Me and my son moved here in 2016 we are still here and it's 2019 we've had the best experience the manager is the best manager I've ever had living in apartments my maintenance always gets done I never have to wait. The living is very affordable. My neighbors are wonderful couldn't ask for better. Tons of kids for my son to play with especially during the summer time when the pools open that's when the kids really come out we have a huge Clubhouse well not too huge but it's nice and I always ...

We moved to Canyon Oaks at Orangevale in 2012 and we were horrified to find mold in the bathroom and windows. Unfortunately we could not move due to financial reasons. We tried to make the best of it and reported to the manager of things that needed to be fixed. They never were fixed. We gave our 30 days notice and moved out January 1st, 2016. We got our check for the deposit and we were furious to find out that they charged us rent for January!! We tried to talk with the manager and he denies ...
ever having any conversation or knowledge that we gave our 30 days notice and moved out. We cleaned the apartment and left it in better condition than when we moved in! My deposit was $1,000.00 and we only got $277 of it back. DO NOT RENT AT THAT APARTMENT, SHADY MANAGER, MOLD IN WINDOWS, AND BATHROOM! If the manager lied to us, what else is he lying about? No stars for this apartment.(had to put one star so I could submit this in but I give it NO STARS) I would NOT recommend this place at all.

We live in an older complex, quiet, but not in the greatest condition. Very good neighbors, friendly management , and close to my daughters school. I am disabled, and we struggle month to month, this would greatly help our situation.

I moved to Canyon Oaks in April 2014 and have loved living here! I toured several apartments all over the bay area and this one was the best choice of all.
I'm happy to call this place home! The office staff is always helpful and kind. The maintenence staff always gets the job done quickly and correctly!
If you are looking for a quiet and safe place to live I would recommend Canyon Oaks at Windemere!
