  • Perfect Downtown Apartment!

    We looked at so many apartments throughout Omaha, and the Capitol Place apartments were by far our favorite. Such a modern building, and our apartment was beautiful, and we had a view of the Bob Kerry bridge and the river. The move in and out process were both easy, and Adam (property manager) was awesome - definitely the best apartment experience we have had. Living in the Capitol District was also perfect for us, we could walk to the river, restaurants, CHI Health Center for concerts, and ...
    baseball games at the CWS stadium without ever having to worry about parking!
