  • Worth it!

    I moved in mid May & have fallen in love with this place. All staff is super friendly & always ready to have an answer for your questions. I believe it’s a good social/quiet ratio. You can find many friendly & welcoming people at the pool after work or on the weekends although if you want a quieter atmosphere you can head up to the rooftop & enjoy the views. There are tons of other areas you can relax other than in your unit. There is also several events going on (also to mention the food ones a ...
    week). I also believe the location is ideal for people who enjoy being closer to the city but want a closer community feel. It’s tucked away in the south loop area of Bloomington (more of a business area) which makes the area quieter although with there only being a handful of apartments near by & events in central station park , it definitely gives it a closer neighborhood feel. Worth the $$ hands down.

  • Fantastic Complex

    We’ve been living at Carbon since April; and from the start it’s been a wonderful experience! Maintenance is always fast and friendly, the office staff are always around (some live on site too), the amenities and spaces are great and plentiful, the location is fantastic, safe, and beautiful, and the apartment is awesome!! Well worth the money! Not to mention the great resident events as well!
