Beware. This place is infested with mice and management could care less. Numerous complaints from tenants who endure(d) this problem have have been, and continue to be ignored or at best covered up. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests, and many are routinely ignored. The only good thing about Carlyle is that it is quiet and the landscaping is decent. If you're not ok with mice, DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will be traumatized.

Old apartment property, run down nasty cats, not good on maintenance. Carpet filthy, study had an horrible order. Bugs in carpet.They smoke in tge office, manger is an alcoholic. Manager has a horrible attitude, not good customer service. Gounds need better up keeping. Drug area, shooting all the time.
