Needs better management that isn't rude

The management here are rude and this place is supposed to be pet friendly and has a weight limit on the pets weight. Most of the pets here weigh more than the weight limit and not any breed is welcomed. Had to get rid of my bulldog because of the breed but yet there is people here with pitbulls. You can never get a hold of anyone when something needs to be fixed until months later.

Management is rude, unresponsive, and Judgmental. And when you do get a hold of them they talk to you like you are wasting time.
