Small quiet community. Clean environment and friendly people. Management is new, but have been excellent so far. They are communicative and attentive to your needs. There's always something interesting going on in Old Downtown Anaheim with the opening of the Packing House.

Out of all the rental properties I have lived in, the Promenade @ Anaheim apartments tops them all. To begin, the property is located right in the middle of downtown Anaheim - the historic colony district to be exact. This is amazing because you are just steps away from the weekly Farmer's Market, tons of local shops & restaurants, & all sorts of local events that occur monthly. I live in Doria Lofts which is my favorite building. I love my floor plan because it's bigger than most of what you ...

can find in the area - it's about 840 sq feet, & the best part is that every night I get to watch the Disneyland Fireworks because the building is located 2 miles exactly north of Disney! The unit itself is beautiful - the drywall was done as if it were crafted like a home owner's wall (no dings, no sloppy paint lines), the floor is hardwood & you have your very own chef kitchen, my favorite! Another feature in these floor plans are central A/C & a tiled bathroom. The walls are very well insulated, I never hear the neighbors that are sharing my walls. I highly recommend the Promenade @ Anaheim apartments, spacious floor plans & your very own chef kitchen. Conveniently located near 91 & 5 freeways!

I have been living in the Doria Lofts building at the Apartments at Promenade in downtown Anaheim for a few years now. These apartments are perfect for singles or couples on-the-go. Promenade buildings are located right in the middle of a rapidly-growing section of Anaheim. The very popular Orange Packing House is a walk across the street in one direction, Museo is right next door. exciting events almost every weekend. The apartments themselves are stunners! Wood floors, granite or marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances (including refrigerator), subway-tiled tubs, 11-foot ceilings, and huge, bright windows. From many apartments, you can see the fireworks show that Disney puts on each night, and watch the Halloween, Christmas, and other parades from your living room! If connectivity is important to you, these apartments built for it. As an added bonus, (and so hard to find in this area)- most units come with a Europoean style washer/dryer- no more fighting for laundry time!
