Bugs and break ins!
May 4, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comBE WARNED! Bugs and break ins! This gated community does not offer any security. My car has been broken into 4 times. Many others in community have expirienced the same including their storage containers also being broken into. Manager is no longer on site and ignores concerns (so far). Unhoused live on the corner of Euclid and Tedmar often being removed by police. Lots of trash and people waiting to get into the complex because there is no parking. Pool looks gross and never seen anyone use. ...Had a car towed that is paid for monthly to park at dentists office. The towing company will not reduce any charges even if dentists office sends a request to release vehicle. Oh and cockroaches, water bugs and spiders alll over! Stay away!Read More

October 19, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in Casa Fortin Apartments for many years I didn't have any bad experience. The place have changed managers over the time, but the last one Kailyn, is one of the best that I remember, she is working hard to keep everything running smoothly.

In the pandemic, when people lost their jobs, they did not think twice before adding late payment fees, and on top of that, an increase in rent every year without any additional services
Downstairs Apartment Needed!
July 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comBeen living here 15 years but can't get apt re-furbished unless I leave. I want to find a newer place for Seniors, with a discount and allow my indoor cats. This apartment was nice but now it's old. The rents were kept low for awhile, that was good. Now, they want too much for it claiming "market value". This one is not worth it because they date back to 1940's. Need downstairs due to health needs but cannot afford.
