Casa Madrid Apartments

there she was either on a personal phone call or with a friend. They never answer the phone either. I moved and they charged me to repaint the apartment. I am a clean freak so none of my walls were stained. I was told the reason why they painted was because they need to match the paint. I was charged for them wanting to paint. I called the district manager, manager and assistant manager several times. They never returned my calls. It got to the point that I had to call from friends phones for them to answer me. The district manager excuses was that I was out sick and then went on vacation!! He said he was going to look into and then he never called me back. Horrible experience. One thing I noticed was the same number of people moving in is the same number of people moving out after their first year. They are notorious for over 10% rent increases each year. Would not recommend this place to any one!!!
