What a great place!

This property is one of the cleanest most upscale building i have ever seen in the Victoria park downtown area. Everything in the unit is brand new. The amenities are great and the management staff is phenomenal. The have a 24 hour maintenance hotline and fixed any problem i have had within 24 hours usually. The did a detailed background check on me. this makes me feel much more secure knowing my neighbors passed the same detailed background checks. I highly recommend this place.

it is very hard to find the right apartment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You have to search the neighborhoods very carefully because there is a lot of crime down here. My apartment is located in Victoria Park district of Fort Lauderdale. It is very quaint and the tenants are all very nice, mostly an arty group who take great pride in their homes. My apartment is tiny but just the right size for me and I would hate to have to move because I could not afford the rent.
