Poor construction, price gauging, police often at building

The building is very poorly constructed. In my room I could hear my neighbors phone vibrating and could hear every single word they say. That is especially bad considering that the place houses short term party guests. Don't expect to get a night of good sleep there. Multiple apartments don't have working ovens. The kitchens lack basic things like cutting knives. During my stay the internet was not working reliably for over a week.
Raz and Robert brag about lying to tenants and overbooking the ...
place which is why you will commonly find police at the place.
It's also completely overpriced for the tiny space and low quality you encounter.
