Screaming children 24/7

You can expect to be woken up by the sound of screaming children and go to sleep to the sound of screaming children. This apartment complex is advertised as "family-friendly" but that misleading title is only because of the impolite children who scream right outside your window. Most of the children play without parental supervision, so there isn't anyone to complain to, and the property manager's children are just as loud. One of the children recently got ARRESTED because of DEATH THREATS... ya ...

super safe for families...The walls, windows, doors are incredibly thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING from every apartment around you-- not ONE day that I have been here has there been a peaceful day. There was also recently a BREAK-IN because the community is gated but the gate is often left open. Rent at your own risk.
