After looking for a long time I finally found the right place for me. I give this place 5 stars because it’s a GREAT price for what you get. Units are clean, very big, and have upgraded features. Building is quiet, respectful and friendly. In a neighborhood that has easy access to freeways and feels safe. Management is professional and very reliable.

Cascade Pointe is a great place to live! It’s quiet, safe, and everyone is so friendly. My favorite part about Cascade Pointe is how welcoming staff was to us when we first moved in. Ruti has been so helpful,sweet, and welcoming. She is always available with a smile! I love the easy access to the freeway so getting around the valley and commuting isn't bad at all. Great value too for what you get!

Lived here for just under 2 years and glad to call it home for a while longer. Management is on top of it. Quick at maintenance requests, easy to talk to about questions, and show a sense of care for the people and place. It's nice to see them putting a lot of TLC around the complex the past few months and it looks like they're making it a lot nicer of a place to live. Shows they actually care about our home!

The lady the answers the phone is so rude, talks down to you and speaks over you. She is very sarcastic and needs to work on her customer service skills. Lost interest in renting here.
