Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday evening and Will responded right away to our call. Will determined the issue quickly and spent much time getting everything fixed so we could have hot water to start out our work week in the morning. Will is professional and always willing to help, even in a pinch.

Nice on the surface, awful experience in reality

Awful management and communication. Price gouging. Too high price for no improvements or better appliances etc. The place is simply not built for people living above you, so if you have people stomping all day/night management will do nothing about it. Had experiences in which the manager and REGIONAL MANAGER would simply not return calls.

I have lived in 4-5 apartment communities in my adult life and Catalina Club probably ranks as the best out of them all. The floorplans are well-designed, spacious, and homey. The property is in general very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for me, just close enough to shopping and amenities without being too much in the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive and I've never had any issues with any neighbors. They also host regular events for the residents such as ...

I’ve been living here since 2016 and the rent ALWAYS goes up year over year. That being said most of the staff is competent and knowledgeable. The property manager is on point and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. Maintenance is very nice and also good at keeping things up to an acceptable level of repair. Some of the staff that fills in for the property manager from time to time, should probably retire. The property itself is nice but very clearly of its age. The pool and gym are nice. ...
