Dogs are limited to 35 pounds or less when fully grown. Certain breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Bullmastiffs, and Wolf Hybrids, are not allowed. Only one dog is permitted per apartment unless special written approval is given. Residents are responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pet, and activities such as breeding, fostering, or pet-sitting additional dogs are not permitted.

I absolutely love living at Catalyst; I have been a tenant now for about 6 months and it's been peaceful and joyous. Its quiet and safe; it's always clean which I appreciate it. The fitness center and yoga center are great as well. I have placed a few maintenance orders that were addressed immediately and the admin/staff are always so kind, happy, and extremely helpful. You've been warned! There are more 1-star reviews than 3,4, or 5 reviews here, but yet they have 4.5 stars rating! When we first moved in, the assigned bedroom and bathroom were sooooo filthy! Hair was everywhere. Desk was super sticky. Bathroom and vanity sink were nasty with gunk everywhere. Overhead light wasn't working. What a terrible way to make somebody feel welcome on the first day!
We didn't get the promo where the utilities are included, so we have to pay for the water ourselves (the ...
roommates got their utilities included in the rent). The water bill for one room is $134 for one person! That's the same as a full water bill for a house with 5 people. Management was completely useless, they didn't care about our water bill. We're stuck paying outrageous water bills for the next 11 months! Find a better place in the area and please read the complaints from current residents.

My son was placed in an apartment with an existing renter who rendered the kitchen unusuable, My son talked to the renter (no change), then contacted management several times about the problem. They did nothing. My son moved out and management accepted his room key within 4 mths, He did pay his 12 mth lease in full even though he didn't live there. Management charged my son $100 for damage to the kitchen that he did not do. By the way, within the short 4 mths he ...

Paid for a lease starting in August. They forced us to pay ahead of time in July. The apartment wasn't ready for 2 whole months. When we moved in construction is still continuing, constant loudness. It is January now and we still don't have at least half of the amenities. Mind you, no reimbursement was given for the month that we were dislocated. All they did was hang up our calls. We in fact were still forced to pay rent.
Now they give us a power outage issue for 12 hours. We paid for power we ...
don't have. Food in our fridge is going bad and we have to sleep in the cold due to no heating or internet. They told us it would be a 4 hour maintenance that took well over 3 times the estimate. They don't have any sense of accountability. Every time there is an issue they say it's someone else's fault. When we couldn't move in, it's the cities fault. When we don't have power, its Georgia Power's fault. Not once do they own up to their mistakes.
If you want to live ill prepared apartment that will always have issues, go ahead. This place doesn't have a parking garage and homeless right at the back door. Constant car break ins and leaks, just for them to blame someone else.

This apartment has problems on every level from the construction to the management. The doors do not close properly, there is no security meaning literally anyone can get in.
